AIKA is a holistic health platform focused on treating chronic gut issues through root cause diagnosis, therapeutic diet and mind-body healing.
At AIKA, we combine 3 powerful approaches to help you diagnose, reverse and manage gut health issues more holistically and naturally. We focus on promoting balance between lifestyle and diet which is based on the principles of Functional medicine and Ayurveda. We provide personalized treatment with diet and lifestyle interventions appropriate to one’s individual constitution.
We are on a mission to help people treat their health issues and improve the quality of their life, and we do
do this by identifying & addressing the root causes of their health issues, helping them minimise the use
of drugs that are not only masking their issues and not solving the root cause but also in many cases
causing additional health complications.

Hi, I'm Mitali, founder of AIKA Health.
My journey into health & wellness began almost 15 years ago when I got diagnosed with a hormonal disorder for which I was prescribed medications, a standard treatment protocol prescribed to millions of young women across the world. However given that the meds came with significant side effects, I wasn’t too keen to take those and started to read and educate myself on my health issues and their root cause.
Based on my research, I started to make changes to my diet to explore if these
recommendations actually worked.
Much to my surprise, within 3-4 months most of my symptoms had reversed. While I was always curious about health, this experience has profoundly impacted my views on how diet & lifestyle play such a massive role in our well-being and disease avoidance, but also on how under-served we as consumers are, given the lack of guidance by health practitioners and overuse and over-dependence on medication.
Prior to establishing AIKA Health, I worked as an investment banker and corporate strategy professional with large multinationals in India, Dubai, and Singapore.
I am extremely passionate about helping millions of people across the world through the power of holistic health solutions.
